The contact replaced the hazard switch and the defect was remedied. The contact also indicated that while driving exhaust fumes were emitted inside the vehicle due to a defective blend door. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. The failure mileage was 90,000.
