Was driving and saw a deer in the road. When I pressed the brakes they locked and then the pedal went to the floor as if the brakes went out. At that time the steering was difficult. The vehicle went through a field through 2 fences and over a ditch before coming to a stop. The engine did not shut off. Me and my daughter were driving to the store, we had passed an intersection it was a green light and the car in front of me slammed on her brakes, I responded with slamming on my breaks as well, however I could not avoid hitting the car in front of me head on , who then hit the car in front of them. The entire front end of my car was destroyed. I was in shock and could not believe my air bags did not deploy. Both me and my daughter still suffer from neck and back pain.

Consumer states brake failure and increased acceleration the consumer stated as she made a right turn into a parking space, she applied the brake pedal, and it went all the way to the floor which resulted in the her crashing into a concrete pillar. The consumer also stated the air bags did not deploy. The consumer stated she had a second accident where she applied the brakes and they failed to respond which caused her to crash into another vehicle.
