There are many recalls for the year make and model of my vehicle. They just didn't recall my exact VIN. The breaks are recalled, air bags were recalled and they were buying back the vehicles, the fuel delivery system was recalled, headlights were recalled, cruise control was recalled, steering column and yoke was recalled, and a few more. None were recalled for my VIN number when it should have been. I took my car to the dealership today, Chevrolet did a few things under "warranty" instead of issuing a safety recall. (they issued 10 recalls on this year make and model) (one recall was the air bags, my vehicle is doing the same thing). The fuel delivery system and fuel pump was recalled but not on my VIN number. I just really need help getting my car repaired. I cannot afford to fix all of this when there's records dating back to the purchase of the vehicle, showing that there are problems and Chevrolet neglectfully didn't recall it and instead tried to brush it off as a warranty instead of safety recall. My car leaks gas, the steering it messed up, headlights no longer work due to the electrical issue, the instrument cluster was damaged due to the ecm issue, there's just so many problems. . . My car could potentially catch fire for the fuel leak, carbon monoxide smell, electrical wiring and the air bags could potentially deploy.
Brake lights illuminate without the brake pedal being pushed; the brake lights do not illuminate when the pedal is pushed. ; difficulty moving the gear shifter out of the "park" positions without pushing the brake. Gm says there was never a recall, but a service bulletin was issued in regards to this problem.
I was driving in detroit mi I was at the light when my my car lights start blinking off and on and my air bag popped out.
The car constantly shows a digital message saying "service air bags," it was serviced over a year ago in NY at a Buick dealer, and there was a recall relating to changing the key fob. Didn't work or make sense. In mn my mechanic has looked at the error several times, can't find a code, resets the computer and the message still shows. In addition, the passenger side seat now shows an air bag malfunction too. I can't find a recall but I am gravely concerned that I have no protection for either passenger. This is my second registration of this compaint and I have heard nothing>.
I was on 44 just turned on 41 no cars on left or right none behind proceeding across traffic light other party was making a right turn I was stopping breaks ankle was fractured and we had a head on colision.
It started since 2013 and new things are just happened what part of your car was affected? engine elec. Stability control seat belts unknown or other.
I was driving on the interstate on 11/18/2012, when a car cut across all three lanes. It had not been raining, and the roads were dry, but when I applied my brakes to avoid hitting the car that cut me off, my wheels locked up sending me fishtailing at 70+ mph. I slid into the center lane, striking a vehicle on my right rear corner panel. I then repeatedly tried to pump my brakes and turn into the skid to regain control of the vehicle, and each time the wheels locked up again. After failing to regain control of my vehicle I hit the center guard rail, still going 60+ mph, collapsing the whole left side of my vehicle. After skidding to a stop, my "service airbag" warning came up on my center dashboard display, without even deploying. My car has been deemed totaled by insurance, and is no longer safe to drive. I was the only person in the car at the time, and emt's and fire fighters that arrived to the scene said if it weren't for the lack of cars on the road, I may not have survived.

Only the front air bags deployed and the vehicle was destroyed. There were no prior warnings before the air bags failed. The manufacturer stated that they were in the process of sending an investigator to inspect the vehicle. A police report was filed. The current and failure mileages were 17,000.
