Adaptive Cruise Control Problems of Chevrolet Malibu

The issue I'm having is the traction light is on and my rear break lights stay on constantly. I took the car to a shop and had the break light switch replaced. Two days later the lights was back on. I did some research and there was a recall for the exact issue I'm have (nhtsa14v252) when I gave the Chevrolet dealership my VIN they said there were no recalls but there was three recalls but they are no longer open. Is there any thing I can do? please help.

On [xxx] on a trip to florida a light came on my instrument cluster that the forward collision and the side blind spot mirror's were inoperable. [xxx] on the way back from florida after the car being parked a week I was going up [xxx] and a car swerved in front of me and I almost hit it. This system had been working fine up until this time. After getting back on [xxx] onstar notified me that my right front tire was going flat and it wasn't. On [xxx] onstar 4g network flashed under the informant system. On [xxx] 2024 I had brake when deer ahead in the road with no warning lights or sounds going off. This car was provided by general motors as a replacement for a 2023 Malibu that was having some of these similar problems with. I contacted day's chev in jasper georgia on oct 15 2024 about an appointment for this car and it's going to be on Nov 11 2024. The infotainment system is completely out: I have no navigation, no radio, no clock, no way to adjust anything in the vehicle, no cruise control, left rear turn signal is malfunctioning, left rear brake light is out, left front running light is out, it takes 3-8x to press the ignition button to start the vehicle, I cannot open my trunk, the emissions light keeps going on and off and the check engine light keeps going on and off.

I have no brake lights when applying the brakes and cruise control no longer works due to service esc message on display. I was advised by replacing the battery this would clear the esc but it did not. I believe the service esc message is tied into the brake lights and cruise control not working.

Recently I was almost rear-ended a few times and got curious as to why?? well yesterday I was following my 2010 chevy Malibu in another car and noticed that my brake lights stay on when I'm driving and go off when I brake. Very dangerous! I have read other complaints regarding this issue and I think a recall needs to be issued on these cars. It had also disabled my cruise control.

While I was getting on the highway during acceleration there was a loud popping sound which was immediately followed by the check engine light turning on the airbag system warning light turning on and a reduction in engine power. I had to pull off to the side of the highway and pop my hood in which at that point I observed the air intake hose had popped off of the throttle body. I put it back on and attempted to continue to drive but it popped off again which caused me to take it very slow ride to the closest dealership. Once I arrived I had it checked out by a service technician and was advised that my throttle body needed to be replaced and so does my airbag clock spring which controls the airbag system, it's deployment, the horn and all of the steering wheel controls. Without this being operational I cannot blow my horn and the airbags may not deploy or malfunction in the event of a crash. I looked online and found out that this was an existing problem with previous models of the chevy Malibu specifically 2016 to 2018 models.

Exterior brake lights come on & cruise control shuts off. When in motion.

I was driving on the free way going 65 mph. When I got a message saying traction control and that the engine was losing power. The car then stopped accelerating until it can to a complete stop in a matter of seconds. It almost got me rear ended since the cars are going fast and it lost al speed and power.

Back left door will not open, from inside or outside. Has happen before and then will open a few days later. This time it’s been a week. Black paint also needs to be recalled.
