One problem related to brake disc pads has been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Brakes: when the street is wet the brakes are inoperative and do not work at all. The pedal will not go down at all. After a while they will grab . Took to dealer and they changed pads and rotors. They can't find out the problem.
