One problem related to brake drum wheel cylinder has been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Braking system is not stopping vehicle properly consumer feels the brake pedal going down to the floor before vehicle comes to a stop. Dealer notified and informed consumer that was a normal condition. Also, rear cylinders are leaking.
