Air Bag On-off Switch problems of the 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

The contact owns a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo ss. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the engine stalled and the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The contact was able to merge to side of road and restarted the vehicle. The problem occurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the ignition switch failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. In addition, the contact stated that while driving 25 mph, the vehicle crashed into another and the air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained back, neck and pain to both arms no medical attention was required. A police report was not failed.
