Shoulder belt cuts across the throat. Dealer tried giving a clam that goes on the waist part of the buckle to correct the problem. The piece didn't allow the consumer to get in & out of the vehicle because it would catch on the seat. Dealer doesn't have any other remedy to fix the problem.
