We have had this problem since the car was approx. 6 months old. The engine cradle has been changed and the problem has returned. It has been to the service dept. 4 times and they just keep us on a waiting list. The problem is in the steering. When you turn the steering wheel to the left or right , you get a banging or loud creaking noise. We have been told it is safe to drive, but it seems to be getting worse and we are fearful something is going to let go while we are driving. We are very satisfied with the car other then this problem. . . I hope you can give us some kind of advise or answer to our problem, because the dealer sure has not.
