One problem related to windshield wiper/washer motor has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers worked intermittently during inclement conditions. Dealer was contacted. Dealer informed consumer that the vehicle was not covered under that recall. The consumer stated that both the 1997 Chevrolet and the 1999 tahoe had problems with wipers.
