Two problems related to wheel bolts have been reported for the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Left front wheel assembly came off while traveling approximately12-15 mph, causing loss of control, and vehicle hit a concrete lamp pole. Dealer was notified. No injury was reported. Feel free to provide any further information.
While driving at 20mph left rear wheel came off due to lugs: nuts being loose on both rear wheels. Dealer has vehicle currently.
