One problem related to front suspension leaf spring shackle has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at any speed vehicle pulled to left. Dealership replaced the leaf coil spring and two space bars. But, problem still recurred. Manufacturer admitted there was a problem ,but they didn't know how to resolve it.
