One problem related to wheel bolts has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
There were forged aluminum wheels in which 8 hub cap nuts came loose on their own. The consumer was concerned that hub cap might fly off while the vehicle was in motion. A local dealer suggested that this was a common problem and the new replacement hub caps have the same problem.
