Two problems related to other fuel system have been reported for the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. The contact stated the vehicle had been experiencing severe corrosion in the fuel line. The failure happened without warning. The vehicle was dealer where it was confirmed that the fuel line was corroded and it needed to be replaced. Prior to this failure the vehicle's brake line had corroded as a result the vehicle experienced difficulty stopping. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 120,000. The VIN was not provieded. Kh.
The fuel light came on and has never turned off. . Now we can't tell how much fuel the vehicle has, it doesnt show keeps saying low fuel even when its full. The gage that shows how much fuel it has is stuck on the empty side. I feel that this is dangerous because you don't know how much gas it has. Please check on others of the same problems on this vehicle types.
