Body problems of the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado

The contact's father owns a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated the vehicle was taken to emission inspection but failed the examination due to the extended corrosion on the subframe. The vehicle was deemed not safe to drive by the mechanic. The contact drove the vehicle back to their residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 94,000.

I have a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that has approximately 44,000 miles on it and is garage kept. I have several cracks around my passenger side airbag which could pose a safety issue even though gm said the cracks will not.

Once the vehicle is in park it is sitting up and after putting the vehicle in reverse and starting to drive the vehicle lowers to the ground. The vehicle pulls when driving and causes an additional pull on the engine and fuel system.

First I went to open my front passenger door from the outside and the chrome door handle came off the truck in my hand. Approximately a week later, the driver door handle also came off in my hand as well. Both instances rendered the door inoperable from the outside of the vehicle.

Why is the cables supporting the tail gate two different lengths, one cable is loose when the tail gate is lowered and not supporting anything, I talked with my sales person and he told he talked with gm and they are not going to fix the problem, can you please give me some information on this, thank you very much.
