Frame And Members problems of the 2012 Chevrolet Silverado

The contact owns a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado. The contact stated he noticed as the vehicle was parked the front and rear frame were rotted. The contact also stated the shock tube fell from the vehicle with no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the independent mechanic where it was diagnosed as the front and rear frames of the vehicle were rotted which both frames needed to be replaced. The dealer was not contacted, and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 72,000.
