The vehicle failed to decelerate when the brake pedal was depressed. As a result, the contact crashed into a mail box and two utility poles. There was no personal injury. A police report was filed of the incident and the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic for further investigation. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect.
