The vehicle veered off the road, drove over a curb and landed into a 6-foot ditch. The vehicle then drove over three driveways and crashed into a tree while the contact was unconscious. The air bags failed to deploy. There was no further information provided. The contact stated that the incident occurred within 175 yards. The contact was transported out of the vehicle and to the hospital by emergency units. The contact sustained a broken sternum caused by the seat belt. The contact was unsure whether a police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a body shop; however it was not repaired. My wife & sister were run off the road . They went up a ditch & hit a colvurt . The seatbelts did not lock in place & air bags did not inflate . This was a loaner truck from dealer . It was a 2014 4 door chevy Silverado from lucas chevy in columbia TN. 38401 . I think the was some sort of trouble with this happining . Pleas call for complete info on this .
