One problem related to carrier/rack has been reported for the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The vehicle had been parked for approximately 7 hours. The door was opened and as we opened the door the entire rear window exploded. There were absolutely no chips or cracks in the rear glass. It simply exploded when the door opened.
