The contact stated while driving 10 mph the warning message say "services power steering assist driver with care" illuminated, followed by the steering wheel becoming stiff. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and stated that the toque input senor needed to be replaced in the rack pinion and that the power steering assist needed to be replaced.
