One problem related to other fuel system tank assembly has been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tank was remove due gas coming onto ground when attemp to pump gas, come to find there was a crack around the neck oftank, poor welding job to attach neck to tank. Cracks along side of welding job and cost me $1,000. 00.
