2 Spare Tire problem

The contact owns a 2001 chevy Silverado 1500. While driving 70 to 75 mph the vehicle began shaking and then the rear passenger side tire blew out causing damage to the back quarter panel. A tow truck driver replaced the tire with a spare tire. The rear quarter panel of the vehicle was also repaired. Two month later, the driver side rear tire blew out causing damage to the fender above the wheel.
