: the contact stated while driving 35 mph on normal road conditions, poor traction was observed with the tires. Upon inspection, tread pieces were missing on all four tires. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who replaced all tires with the same brand name of tires. The dealership mentioned that the defective tires would be resold.
