I reversed out of the driveway into a two lane road. I put it in drive and the truck would not move. I had to get it towed to a gm dealership. They said the sprag clutch failed and sent metal pieces through the rest of the transmission to the point that it was unrepairable. They put a whole new transmission in. Then they discovered the truck would still not move. The rear differential was locked up too and needed to be completely rebuilt. I ended up paying $4,765. 89 to repair a 2008 truck with 89,437 miles on it.
