Tl the contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that the defroster failed to operate properly and only two vents cleared the fog from the windshield. When the failure occurred on a cold day, the heater failed to operate and impacted the visibility on the driver's side of the vehicle. The fog was extensive and caused condensation.
