general problems of the 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

My truck has had this problem from the time it was made. They designed the defroster to work with the ac unit to produce dry air. But once the outside temp drops below 35 degrees the ac unit shuts off. With this setup it causes my windows to fog up with moist air requiring me to pull off the road until I can get the window cleared. Over the last two years I have almost wrecked due to not being able to see. I have contacted the dealer and Chevrolet and have not got any help.

The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet silverado k1500. The contact stated that when it was raining the defrost would not function. All of the windows in the vehicle were cloudy. The vehicle was taken to the dealer twice for a diagnostic test and the technicians could not diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 9500.
