The contact owns a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving 5 mph or greater, the contact heard a thumping noise coming from the front of the vehicle. The dealer had not inspected the vehicle. The contact inspected the vehicle and felt that the front wheel bearings caused the failure. He stated that the seals for the wheel bearings failed.
