At around 60,000 miles the following occurred. No specific event led to this incident except the transfer pump came loose. When the pump dropped down, this allowed the drive shaft to wear the transfer casing as well. The transfer case and the drive shaft yoke had to be replaced. This was not covered by the warranty.
