The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The contact stated that on several occasions, while driving at various speeds, the vehicle started to lose motive power and then stalled. The contact stated that on most occasions, the vehicle was restarted after one attempt. The vehicle was taken to three different dealers on several occasions however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was then towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed the that the fuel pump driver module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.

Fuel pump relay keeps going out. I have replace 4 relays in the last 6 months and the dealer had replaced the fuel pump about 6 months ago.

2007 2500hd silverado, when keys are removed, power continues to be fed to the fuel pump. Local garage says this is a known problem with the pump relay but Chevrolet won't admit to it !!!.
