Visibility Problems of Chevrolet Silverado 2500

When it rains or when the tempeture is below 32f all the windows steam up and the defoster will not clear them up. This condition makes it vary hard to see out the windows. I have 2 of these 2010 silverados and they both do the same thing. The dealer ray skillman 3891 south post road indianapolis in told me they know they have a problem and Chevrolet has no fix for the problem. I feel that this condition could cost my family and myshelf and other people their lives.
