Tl the contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The contact stated that he drove out of town and, upon his return, he noticed that the two rear rims were fractured. The vehicle was taken to country Chevrolet (880 s main st, colville, wa 99114, (509) 684-8404) where it was diagnosed that the two rims needed to be replaced. The contact wanted four new rims instead, but Chevrolet did not assist. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 35,000.
