One problem related to power steering hose, piping, and connections has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
We had car looked at, small leak in power steering fixed,didn't help. . Found no major wear on any steering parts. . . . Interesting, sister has same car, with same problem, hers does this 'catch' feeling, turning left or right! I also feel the 'catch' if driving over an uneven spot on road going straight.
