Two problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 2002 Chevrolet Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The steering wheel vibrates and I can hear a rattle from the front end. This happened soon after purchasing the vehicle and I was told that something had to be greased. The problem went away for quite a while until recently when it reappeared, of course as soon as the warranty expired. My father in law bought a new 2002 Suburban after we bought ours and has had the same problem with his.
Uncomfortable vibration occurs after driving vehicle for 15 minutes. At 70-75 and is hard to make go away without having to stop. Feels like suspension defect.
