One problem related to power train has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
(reduced engine power) will not accellerate faster than 30 mph. Shut off engine for 15 seconds and start up again and it happens 10 to 15 times a day, even at 65 mph on the highway. (no power) and no help from gm dealer ship.
