general problems of the 2012 Chevrolet Suburban

Two problems related to tire have been reported for the 2012 Chevrolet Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Tire problem

Failure Date: 10/05/2017

Michelin ltx m/s2 size 275/55r20. I purchased a set of 4 new tires on June 26, 2015 from national tire and battery. Two of the 4 tires were manufactured in 2013. Weeks 28 and 31. The other 2 tires were manufactured in 2015. The two tires made in 2013 are experiencing the tread coming off, peeling, and chunks missing out of the tread. These are not in the michelin ltx recall by a few weeks. The 2015 tires are fine. How they are allowed to sell 2 year old tires as new is beyond me but these old tires are not safe in my opinion.
