2 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 08/04/2019

Poor low speed breaking, specifically: after braking, subsequent attempts to brake result in failure of brakes and or complete depression of pedal and lurching haults. This occurs most frequently in traffic, city driving and stop signs/lights. Usually at lower speeds but possible and occurred at highway speed.

Failure Date: 02/01/2019

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that while driving low speeds the brakes failed. The contact used force when depressing the brake pedal. The engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 200,000. Nd.

4 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 01/19/2019

An intermittent issue where the bakes fail to engage at low speed. I've noticed it when pulling into parking spaces and inching forward in stop and go traffic. It feels as if there is no hydraulic pressure in the system, and I can feel the abs pulsing the pedal when it happens. Took it to the gm dealer - they said the brake vacuum pump is failing. Full replacement of the pump is needed.

5 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 05/25/2018

Brake failure at speeds below 5 mph. Usually when backing into a parking space. Had to replace failed vacuum pump and hose to fix.

6 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 03/13/2017

The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. While driving 30 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate. Also, the brakes failed to respond when the brake pedal was depressed and the vehicle stalled. The failure recurred two more times. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 14,000.
