When applying the brakes at low speeds the abs kicks in making the vehicle shutter to a stop which makes the vehicle unable to stop right away.
The vehicle speed control failed. When starting vehicle had to apply additional pressure on the accelator, it seemed to be stuck. This only happened when putting the vehicle in park or reverse. This started happening on December 12, 2005. Dealer did look at vehicle but they were going to charge consumer for repairs. Is an NHTSA action investigation ea02015 dealt with the same problem.
