I have this same problem as jb---driver's outside rearview mirror (heated and light dimming) reflected image is severely distorted. There has been no damage to the mirror, but it is distorted and at night it is very hard to tell how many vehicles are behind because each headlight appears to be 3 or 4 headlights. This is a safety issue.

This is a safety issue. My step-daughter bought a Tahoe from a different dealer about a month before and she has the same problem with hers.
