Power Window problems of the 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe

1 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 11/23/2006

The rear drivers side window went down by itself, and now is inoperable from either the drivers electric window switch or rear passenger switch, so it is stuck down. All other windows work fine. I have not fixed the problem yet.

2 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 02/21/2005

The driver and front passenger windows have defects. The consumer heard a popping noise when rolling the window down, and then the window would not go up or down. The window on the passenger side is half way. The driver side has been repaired.

3 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 09/04/2004

Both front door power windows fail to operate. The motors make a grinding noise and the windows will not fully open or close. The glass panels apparently are not attached as they can be moved by hand. The failures have occurred within two days of each other and have been vary rarely been opened since the vehicle was purchased.
