Tire Blowout problems of the 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe

The contact owns a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe equipped with cooper sigma stamped rad SUV tires, size: 265/70/r16. The contact stated that while driving 45 mph, the front passenger side tire blew out.
