2004 chevroeltl-the contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated while driving approximately 40 mph, the engine warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was maneuvered to the side of the road where the contact inspected underneath the hood. The engine overheated because the coolant reservoir was empty. The contact dispensed coolant into the reservoir. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed that the engine block and cylinder head were improperly designed and contributed to the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 92,000. Js.
