The contact owns a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid. While pulling into a parking space at 10 mph, the power steering failed without warning. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the power steering module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
