Front Air Bag Problems of Chevrolet Tracker

While driving at 45 mph consumer t-boned another vehicle head on and none of the air bags deployed. Contacted dealer, and the dealer was aware of the problem, but they had no solution.

Another car hit consumer's vehicle on the passengers side. Vehicle spun and hit a light pole on front drivers side bumper. Consumer maintained that if airbags would have deployed injuries could have been prevented.

While traveling at 45 to 50 mph another vehicle in front slammed on vehicle's brakes, and consumer's vehicle rear ended the other vehicle. None of airbags deployed, and drivers side seatbelt failed to lock. Consumer was injured by steering wheel. Consumer had vehicle towed to dealer. Please provide any further information.
