One problem related to windshield has been reported for the 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The windshield cracked on the inside about 4 inches long. It started in the middle of the windshield. There was another one that was parallel to it and that was about an inch long. Noticed this on July 1, 2005. Contacted the dealer on July 26, 2005 . They told consumer bring in it on the 9th. They said it looked like vehicle hit a rock, and they do not cover it windshields. The consumer stated after talking to a manger, he stated it was not due to a rock hitting the windshield.
