One problem related to mid/rear seats assembly has been reported for the 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact states the third row seat cushions are so big that they do not allow the latch system to be accessed. The other alternative is to use the safety belts. When she secures a child seat to the safety belt it allows the child seat to tip over. The dealer was unable to repair the vehicle because of its design.
