The headlamps have quit working when driving at night but will come back on later. This has happened several times. I found gm recall number 14291 that is supposed to include 2006 chevy Trailblazers and pertains to this problem. The local dealership told us that our vehicle has a VIN number that is not covered. It would seem that all model 2006 chevy Trailblazers would use the same hdm modules in them when they were built. Is ours covered?.

Window switch recall taillight short melted wires harness engine light indicator stays on road grip tires light comes on will stay on for days power steering is using fluid and now fuel tank will not take more than 5 gallons at a time and sprays gas back if tank is full fuel level indicator want register stay below empty and windshield leaks down into dash.

As identified in recall # 14v755000, the low beam headlamps will turn off at random times. This have happened several times during darkness hours and is increasing. In one case, an accident was barely avoided. I was recently (Nov. 13, 2015) told by the gm dealer - the vehicle VIN # does not list this as a recall item. ???? last occurence is listed below.

Gm safety recall 14291 dated January 2015. As of today we can not get information on parts to clear this recall up. Have contacted dealership and the cheverolet customer assistance center and no one seems to know when these parts will be available. Its has been over a year, do you not think they should have been available by now? what is the solution to this. Thank you for your input on this.
