For that last 9 months my check engine light has been coming on and off repeatedly. At times, it flashes really fast before my engine starts making a rumbling noise. It has been taken to the chevy service department 4 times with them doing the following: replaced spark plugs, fuel induction service, new sensor box and new water pump. The problem still has not been fixed. It is currently at another chevy service department about 15 miles from me. They have had it for 3 days now and still no word as to what is wrong with it. When the check engine light comes it's when the vehicle is started and it stays all while been driven. When the light flashes and the vehicle makes the rumbling noise it is while being driven and stationary. The rumbling noise will stop once I pull over and turn off the vehicle. But the light comes back on.
