After driving about 500yards , speed not a factor, my abs light and traction control light come on when I put code reader in obd port it shows no codes. Shut the vehicle off for few moments. Start it back up and the lights are still on until I drive it about 25 yards and the lights go out. The abs works, I can feel it in the peddle when applied abruptly. I can also hear a slight growling from under the hood. I continue on for about another 500 yards and both lights come back on. I replaced both wheel hub assy in the front, which both looked good .

Takata recall driving down the road and traction control off, stabilitrak service, and abs light came on. Engine light also. Sick in tired of throwing money into this Traverse. I love the SUV but I can't afford all of this mechanical issues.
While driving , stopped at light. Started to drive and abs trouble light comes on and the brakes lock up. I had to drive as if all my brakes where on , they heat up and smoke. Parked in my driveway husband go out to check and trouble is gone. Ack to normal . No trouble locked in as if nothing happened . Dealer said can't do anything unless it is brought in with trouble. It's has been happening about once a month . Almost got in accident . Chevy. Reds to address and fix this problem. There are a lot of other people on the internet stating the same problem. Going to get rid of car if the problem can not be fix before I get in an accident with my kids. Chevy should investigate the problem and create a recall to correct the problem before someone ends up getting killed from it . It is a huge safety issue and do not understand why nothing is being done about the problem.
Stabilitrack needs serviced , abs light on , traction control failure . Power loss . Just driving through town approximately 30 mph and all errors started flashing . This is a safety concern . I have read multiple complaints on the same issue with no results.

The first occurrence happened 10/11/17 on I-40. My car started "jerking" and all of a sudden the car decelerated to approx 35 mph. The abs light came on. A ntfcn came on that all of my assists were off (parking, all wheel drive, traction control, stabilitrack). A ntc also appeared that said to service stabilitrak. When I go to press my brake there is a noise in the brake pedal and it "jumps" when I go to press it. We have taken it and had it put on the computer but no codes appear saying there is anything wrong with it. They say the sensors are fine. I have almost been rear-ended several times now. It happens every time I drive my car. I am too afraid to drive my car anymore. It is too dangerous. I can't afford to replace it. No dealer is going to take a faulty car and I can't afford to buy another one. We have researched the problem and found that we are not the only owners having this very same issue but no one seems to have found a resolution for their problem which leaves me very disheartened. Now I am stuck in a car that can't be fixed and I have a car that I can't drive. Gm needs to fix this issue before someone gets killed.
The current mileage on my 2010 Traverse is 74k. . . Driving down the highway at 60mph all of a sudden the traction stabilizer control/abs lights come on the dashboard and the car started decelerating, down to 45 mph and more. While the gas petal was being pressed no acceleration would happen. Went to pull off to the side of the road to get out of harms way, and all of a sudden the acceleration came back. The remainder of my drive the traction stablizer control/abs stayed on with no other acceleration problems, until I arrived to work. When backing out of a parking space the vehicle would not go in reverse, while giving it gas in reverse the vehicle continued to go forward. Put in park, waiting, then tried it again. The traction stabilizer control/abs lights went off and I was able to reverse just fine. Over the pas few months the vehicle has experienced only with the traction stabilizer/abs light indicators no other problems. We had taken it to the dealership and they find no codes. Could it be the sensor or now could it be the throttle body??.

The abs and trac control lights have been coming on and going off for about a month. Friday Aug, 29 2014, while my wife was driving the vehicle around town the stop light turned and she went to stop like normal, the pedal acted like it was slick, the abs was trying to come on. When it did that the pedal went clear to the floor. The car did stop but she is a good driver so no accident happened thankfully. I can see how this can possibly cause an accident. I took it to the chevy dealership and they replaced a wheel sensor and said it was fixed, $187. We left the shop and went about a block to the first stoplight and it happened again so we turned around and went back. They worked on it for 3 more hours and said they couldn't find anything and would have to keep the vehicle until they could talk to gm engineers. Today I recieved a call from them and it was fixed. The wife went to pick it up and the brought it around to her and said "here you go", she got in and the abs light was on again. She didn't even leave the dealership, went back in and told them it is messing up again, so she had to leave it there again. Luckily so far I haven't had to pay anything more, but it obviously isn't fixed yet. As many other problems of this nature you'd think gm would do a recall for this problem. What really makes me mad is that we don't even have 80000 miles on this thing. If they can't build anything better I guess I will have to switch to a Ford or Chrysler or maybe even kia.
On the 405 freeway at about 3:30 pm ,rush traffic doing about 65 had a car pull in my lane right in front of me and dead stopped. I had to slam my brakes to keep from hitting them ,I had no abs dash light the brake pedal locked in engage postion and would not release to allow movement had to turn vehicle off and in park in the middle of freeway to get it to release and go again. I was on vacation with wife to see grandsons. When this happen.
