Was hearing a slight squeal in the front of the van, was on the interstate, was doing about 70 mph and it got louder and started shaking a little, slowed to 40 mph and it was shaking so bad it pulled me off the road. . . . . When it was getting ready to be pulled on the tow truck the tire fell off. . . . . When checked 4 wheel studs had snapped and the nuts were backed off a little on them. Had to have rotors, and brakes replaced due to the damage. Please keep a check often that the nuts are secure on your vehicle not sure if tthe defect was due to the rims, studs or nuts. Dealer did not say.
