The contact stated that the vehicle shuddered and drove rough. The contact stated that the check engine warning light illuminated, and “propulsion system failure” message was displayed before the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The vehicle was towed to the local mechanic. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 120,000.
